Project Overview

A Coastal Home, Considered as a Whole

A warm coastal retreat shaped by natural materials, custom cabinetry, and restrained detailing.

Originally a dated condominium, this home was reimagined as a warm coastal retreat. Natural white oak, soft textures, integrated cabinetry, and restrained detailing create a timeless interior filled with light. Every room was considered as part of a cohesive whole, allowing the finished home to feel calm, refined, and effortless.

Project Scope

What we transformed.

  • Natural white oak cabinetry

  • Integrated storage

  • Warm brass details

  • Soft coastal palette

  • Cohesive bathroom and kitchen finishes

01

A Kitchen Built Around Light

White oak cabinetry wraps the room, broken only by a rounded island that softens the circulation through the space. Green marble grounds the palette; brass hardware warms it. The result is a kitchen that reads as joinery rather than a fitted product.

02

Bathrooms Designed to Slow Down

Each bathroom carries the same restraint as the kitchen natural oak vanities, honed stone, and tile chosen for texture rather than pattern. Nothing competes for attention, which is precisely why the rooms feel calm.

03

Storage That Disappears Into the Architecture

Built-in shelving and integrated cabinetry were designed to sit flush with the walls, so storage reads as part of the structure rather than furniture added afterwards. Every unit was measured to the room it lives in.

04

Warmth in the Details

A marble fireplace surround, brass fittings, and a soft coastal palette carry through every room. Consistency at this level is what allows a home to feel finished rather than decorated.

Every detail, considered.

Results

The finished home feels calm, refined, and effortless.

The work moved room by room, with each material decision measured against the whole. Nothing was chosen in isolation. The result is a home where the kitchen, the baths, and the built-ins all speak the same quiet language.
